Cancellation Policy
▫️ALL APPOINTMENTS REQUIRE CARD ON FILE.
▫️WITHOUT COMMUNICATION, LATE GRACE PERIOD IS 15 minutes FOR ALL APPOINTMENTS.
▫️PLEASE DO NOT show up sick or with a sick child. I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO RESCHEDULE YOU AT ANY GIVEN POINT.
▫️All appointments must be rescheduled or cancelled within 72hrs of appointment time in order to receive deposit back or you may be charged 50% of the appointment total via card on file.
▫️All rescheduled appointments are allowed 2 attempts with same deposit payment to reschedule before required to pay another deposit to book.
